We’ve worked closely with JB and the team at Cavalier for years. Not just buying coffee and calling it a day—actually collaborating, tasting, adjusting, and evolving our coffee as seasons change and new crops come through.

Our signature house blend is called RESET. It’s roasted medium-light to keep things smooth, bright, and seriously easy to love—built for everyday drinking, whether you’re an espresso person or you live on filter.
Expect juicy hits of blood orange and stone fruit, rounded out with milk chocolate and toffee malt for that cozy finish. It’s the coffee we reach for on repeat—the perfect Sunday (or any day) reset.
