Our Bagels Come From The Bagel Boys (Brisbane)
We use bagels from The Bagel Boys in Brisbane because they nail the basics: proper chew, great texture, and the kind of bagel that can handle the fillings without falling apart.
It’s the foundation we want—so the rest is all about building the perfect bagel for your mood (savoury, sweet, or somewhere in between).
